Refund & Payment Policy

All payments made to The Fifth Atlas are subject to the following terms:

Refund Policy
Payments are refundable within 7 days of the initial deposit or full payment. After this 7-day period, all payments become non-refundable.

Payment Plans
For guests utilizing a payment plan, all subsequent payments made after the deposit are non-refundable.

Transfers
If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another traveler with prior approval from The Fifth Atlas.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Travel insurance is not included in this package. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection through a third-party provider such as Allianz, AXA, or Travel Guard. Coverage is the responsibility of the traveler.

Agreement
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
